Albulen Haxhiu and Kurti appointed Judge to key state commission, Alban Krasniqi, said his name is head of Serbian List

Alban Krasniqi, a member of the Vetevendosje Movement on the Central Election Commission, personally attacked Supreme Court Judge Zenel Lecu, while rejecting this court's decision to reject an LVV complaint about the Serbian List's Certificate of participation in the October 12th local elections.

Krasniqi, the name of Judge Lek, compared him to that of Serbian List Chairman Zlatan Elek.

Lek was appointed head of the Crime Victims Compensation Commission in January 2023 by Keasniqi's wife, Albulen Haxhiu.

I have sent an official e-mail to that person who's name almost like Zlatan Elec, as well as the way he handled this process. Zenel Lepa, who is this leader”, he said.

CEC Chairman Kreshnik Radoniqi intervened, telling him to speak “if you have any facts about anybody”.

Krasniqi went on.

Chief, if you have guts, speak to him seriously, when you're talking to the Serbian List, you're bending your head off and making a sound, and that's what's bothering me, Mr. Zenel Lek, who has received an e-mail with all the explanations. There's no denou or back because he's afraid of answering”, he said.

He claimed that Judge Zenel Lek “has interests along with others”, referring to links with the Serbian List.
