The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has filed charges against three people -- N.I., E.M., and H.H. -- who are under the measure of detention since March 2025 -- due to the suspicion that they committed criminal acts “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorised sale of narcotics” and “being held in ownership, or unauthorized possession of weapons<3>.
According to the indictment, defendant N.I. It has initially sold 972 grams of marijuana in the vicinity of the village of Landovica for 2,400 euros, while later, on March 7th, in co-operation with the E.M. and H.H., they have sold 10,510 grams of marijuana worth 25,000 euros, having been arrested in French police for Kosovo. After the raids, police have seized another 1,218 grams of marijuana, two scales, 3,965 euros, two cars (“Audi” and VW “Bora”), and a 7.62m m M57 pistol with bullets and cleaning equipment.
The prosecution has proposed confiscating the tools and items used for the commission and requires the defendants, after the trial and administration of evidence, be found guilty and convicted by law.
