Ahmeti recalls one of the early KLA fighters with a visit to the family: He dedicated his life to freedom of the country.

Lipjan Mayor Imri Ahmeti has remembered Hashim Ilazin, former KLA soldier, while visiting his family.

“Glory for Hashim Ilazi “Hashim Ilazi, known as “Buqi” by Thorina, was one of the KLA's early fighters who dedicated his life to the freedom of home”, Ahmeti wrote in a Facebook post.

“Although today is no longer among us, the memory of living in any relics that the family lovingly and respectfully preserves at an angle in their home. He is part of the immortality of freedom fighters, and his works remain inscribed in our history and hearts. Glory to his life and work!”, he added.
