He says that his advice to General Clark was varied.
“Inform General Clark this morning. I woke up, I went online to see the latest developments about what was going on in Kosovo, heard the news of the last 24 hours, I listened to the BBC in my car, read all the services. Through video connections we informed the field commanders”, he says of the work he did during wartime in Kosovo.
In addition, Duncan says he tried to create a picture of what had happened every 24 hours in Kosovo.
The former diplomat did not answer the question of whether there was a source, insiders.
