The testimony week at the Special Court in The Hague began with former NATO adviser John Stewart Duncan, called by former President Hashim Thaci's defence.
The second day also continues with his testimony before the court, which is expected to begin at 09:45, according to our local time.
As former American diplomat James Ruby had testified, and then Paul Williams. Duncan, as a third witness, confirmed what his predecessors had said: former President Hashim Thaci had a political role and had no competence for military decisions within the KLA.
