“The 28th Conference of the Chiefs of General Staff of the Adriatic Charter (SH.B.A.-A5) where security, protection and civil-military synergy were top words and Albania was reconfirmed by reliable partner and consensus-building in the region.
A fruitful day where with our partners we signed the Joint Declaration that requires concrete commitment to defence investment, modernisation of forces, cyber security, joint exercises, as well as highlighting the involvement of aspiring countries such as Kosovo, in this regional initiative”, writes Vangu on a Facebook post.
He stressed that Albania remains committed to stability and co-operation, also speaking of the region and Kosovo.
