“Abusing with public resources for votes” - Chocolate criticises Rama's decision on urban bus tickets

Eugen Cakoli from KDI, distributing on his Facebook, Pristina municipality's decision -- President Progress Rama, for urban bus tickets, which according to the decision will be free of charge for several categories by one October -- has said it is taking place during the campaign, and how such affects the race.

The public reserve abuse of votes is a violation of an equal electoral race, whenever, anywhere and whoever happens.

Although this seems a fair and favourable decision at first reading, the fact that it is taken in the middle of the campaign and takes effect just 12 days before elections makes it a clean electoral decision.

For worse, this is a typical example of using public resources for electoral gain ʹ practice for which exactly the party leading the capital today accused the ruling central party during the February 9th elections.

Public voter abuse is a violation of equal election competition, whenever, everywhere and whoever happens.
