After those statements, AAK MP Time Kadriyaj called Osman as the “pathetic of Vetevendosje”, stressing that the Constitutional Court's decisions are binding to be implemented.
“And it's never moved from those positions, Mrs. Osmani, it's been a part of the Vetevendosje Movement and it's a shame what Mrs. Osmani thinks to contradict the decisions of the Constitutional Court while you know that every time the decisions of the Constitutional Court have been binding on application, and now this attack that's becoming real is incompatible, with this form and this language is attacking independent body like the Constitutional Court, and in no form and no circumstances should be used by Albin Kurti nor by the Vsausanjoum of the Constitutional Court of Constitutional Court, Cadij said.
On the other hand, Kadrijaj estimated that President Osmani's actions are “strategy” on the eve of her mandate as president to get another mandate.
“Since in April of next year you are out of the mandate as president and maybe it's a benefit to the Vetevendosje movement so that by taking even a mandate as president, but going out as a professional like Vjosa Osmani, legalising at the law faculty to go against the Constitutional Court decision that makes no sense, this is aimed at destroying the constitutional system in Kosovo<1>, she added.
