AAK MP Time Kadrijaj told RTV21 that they would respect whatever the court ruling is but, according to her, in the absence of a deputy head of Parliament not constitutionalised, broadcast Periscope.
We are waiting to see whatever the decision is. I think and I believe it will be the clear decision that there will be clarity and accuracy as to how it should be done and what should be done because the first decision coming from the court has actually been clear, but has left the two-conceptions and enabled it to. LVVs don't respect the decision. It is similar with the second ruling, even though it has been much clearer and has shown that Dehar has violated the Kosovo Constitution. We have always respected the decisions of the Constitutional Court and will also respect that decision whatever it is. We can't interfere with the court's decision she'll decide whether the assembly is constitutionalized or not. I think that since all the vice-presidents of the assembly were not elected then there is no constitutionalised”, Kadrijay said.
