After physical control, 92 pieces of undeclared cosmetics have been found in the trunk, contrary to legal provisions regulating the proclamation of goods that travelers carry with them. This amount exceeds the allowed limit for personal use, and therefore requires mandatory customs statements and payment of the dues”, the Customs report said.
On the other hand, goods are said to have been temporarily banned, while legal procedures are being followed against the person responsible.
Customs calls on all travelers to respect legal obligations regarding goods statements, to avoid further bans, seizures or penalties, as well as to contribute to the protection of the domestic market.
