Agim Millaku, Shaban Mehan, Tefik Beqiri, Vlora Gashi, Bajram Pireva, Africa Kostunica, Drita Qela, Guney Birqi and Arjeta Birqi are the names that have been decetified.
Under the CEC's task plan, on Friday it is the last date for the CEC to certificate the voters' list.
