The case of 400kg of cocaine A lawyer says they're being treated equal before the law, the judge reminds him of the possibility of a plea.

Similarly, lawyer Latifaj proposed to be heard by L.S., the person who drives the trucks, in order to understand how he works with loading and unloading the goods, rejecting the prosecution's claim that the truck has become the carrying of the narcotic.

Latifaj also proposed that Bahri Shala and Aziz Osmani be heard as witnesses, as police officials, to describe the actions of the accused who have appeared as a criminal outcry.

Meanwhile, Kadri Sheqiri's defender, lawyer Xhafer Maliqi, proposed that psychiatrist experts be invited to clarify his defence situation.

However, all the aforementioned proposals were rejected by the court.

According to the chairman of the panel, Arren, listening to witness L.S., there is no support for the case, while Bahri Shala and Aziz Osmani cannot be questioned, since the state prosecutor led the case.

In the indictment of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), in the case of sequencing 400kg of cocaine, charged are the owner of the company “M C# source files FOOD”, Izet Sheqiri, and six others, Faton Vrajolli, Kadri Sheqiri, Kadri Brahimi, Fehmi Bytyqi, Hyzri Sheqiri and Naim Morina.

Along with the five accused, Hyzri Sheqiri and Naim Morina were also charged in this case, but after reaching the plea agreement against them, the criminal case was set aside.

Otherwise, accused Hyzri Sheqiri after reaching the plea agreement with the Prosecutor has been sentenced to 7 months in effective prison for obstructing criminal procedure. The accused Naim Morina, on the other hand, has been sentenced to six months in prison for obstructing the criminal procedure.
