35 years since the Decacan Constitution was declared

On September 7th 1990, delegates from the then Kosovo Assembly, who had announced the Declaration of Independence on July 2nd, formulated this declaration with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.

Of its protagonists, September 7th has been named the identity of Kosovo's new history.

The Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo has been proclaimed in Kacanik, as it was the closest city to the border with Northern Macedonia, and the possibility of declaring the Constitution was easier.

At the time, Kosovo was fully occupied by the police and military forces of the former Yugoslavia and Serbia, after the July 2nd, when the declaration of independence was read, the apartheid of the Balkan butcher regime Slobodan Milosevic began towards Kosovo and Albanian citizens. /Periscopi/
