27-year-old Kosovo was being sought by German authorities, seized by Albanian police in Morina

A 27-year-old, Kosovo citizen, was detained in Morina after being sought by German authorities as suspected of committing criminal work “Deception”. According to Albania's Police's report, against S.M., Munich's local court had issued international warrants, suspected of committing criminal acts “Deception”, with the maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison. According to Albania's Police's report, against S.M., Munich's Local Court had issued international arrest warrants, suspected of committing criminal acts “fraud”, with the maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
“As a result of detailed checks and verifications at the entrance/ exit, with the objective of striking lawlessness at the border, as well as preventing citizens declared in the search, who attempt to move illegally to avoid criminal responsibility, Morina Border Police Services, in collaboration with DVP Kuka services, banned Kosovo citizen S. M., 27, resident in Kosovo”.
“From the verifications carried out and from the information exchanged with German partners, via Interpol Tirana, resulted in he was declared in international research, as the Munich Local Court had issued international warrants against him, suspected of carrying out criminal work “Deception”, with maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison”, the police report said.
Interpol Tirana, in co-operation with counterparts in Germany, is continuing procedures for the 27-year extradition.
