It was the first frontal battle in the Llap that developed The KLA against Serbian forces.
Seven martyrs from the Kosovo Liberation Army fell during this three-day battle from the KLA ranks: Bekim Maliqi, Bekim Lusaku, Naim Zegrov, Fadil Sejdiu, Habib Zeka, Islam Rekaliu and Selim Rekaliu.
