In parallel, investigative and procedural actions are being carried out to track and sequencing other properties of 35 years, with suspicious sources, as well as to document with legal evidence the source of this citizen's income.
Police announcement:
Under a criminal prosecution initiated in the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, with the object of tracking criminal assets allegedly benefited by citizen S. T., 35, residential in Tirana, while performing duty as notary, the Section for Investigation of Money Laundering and Criminal Assets finalised operation “Signing”.
Following the procedure, carried out under this proceedings, the Tirana Court's decision was executed on the execution of 18 35-year-old assets worth 3m euros, namely 13 real estate and 5 bank accounts.
