The trial against accused Buyup was announced Monday by the head of the court, Fatime Dermaku, reports “Justice bet”.
According to the ruling, in the prison sentence, the accused will also be counted as the time spent in custody, which was continued.
Buyup is also charged with procedural and judicial spending at 100 euros and another 50 euros for the funding for compensation of crime victims, in the 15-day term by the integrity of the act.
The damaged parties A.K., and the A.K., are directed into regular law-civil disputes. The complaint is allowed in the 30-day term at the Court of Appeals through this court.
In the argument of the verdict, Judge Dermaku said the reason for resulting criminal acts from “murder” to “Vrass committed in overcoming necessary defence” is that the accused has been attacked by victims and witnesses.
According to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act of October 21, 2024, Edon Buyip, dated November 29, 2023, at his residence on “Ali Vitija”, following a dispute between him and his friends (father and his brother), have begun fighting between themselves, where, in the course of physical fighting, the defendant Edon's life was deliberately forced to strike with a cold weapon that had the height of the 19th inch [19 cm] in the left chest region now felt as a result of the S.K.
With that, Buyup according to the indictment reportedly committed criminal work “murder” by Article 172 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
