At the media conference, Jashar called this decision the continuation of an unfair and political approach to the KLA war. According to him, this court was founded on the slander of Dick Marty's report and has always been aimed at striking liberation war.
He reiterated support for the protest, to be held 14 September in The Hague, calling for mass participation by diaspora and citizens, to testify in front of international institutions that the KLA war has been fair and that injustice must be stopped.
We, as an organisation and all those who contributed to the KLA's glorious war, have known that this court, both its creation and its establishment, have been addressed several times even to the Council of Europe and Dick Marty's report. With his slander this court was created. This is the political, unilateral court and does not deal with justice.
Targets and attacks were only the KLA's liberation war, even though our institutions wanted to give space thinking this court would rightly assess, but the opposite has happened and all these processes we've rejected because we've already seen them.
We will ask everyone to support this protest to show international institutions that our war has been fair. Even this protest will show the European Parliament and the Council of Europe that we are seeking action, because injustice is taking place in the name of justice”, Jashar said.
