With PZAP's decision, A.nr.3/2025, the date 23.08.2025, is set; I. The Serbian List of Political Subject complaint, headquartered in the Northern Mitrovica municipality, is approved, submitted against the Central Election Commission decision (KQZ), with no. The protocol of 012215/2025, dated 21.08.2025, due to the nonpositation of the candidate list for Municipal Assembly and candidates for the head of the Serbian Subject Commission, for participation in the Kosovo Republic's Local Elections that will be held on 12 October 2025.

The protocol of 012215/2025, dated 21.08.2025, is ordered by the Central Election Commission (KQZ) to certified the Serbian List's political subject with the list of candidates for the Municipal Assembly and candidates for the Chairman of the Commission of this political subject, according to the recommendation of the Office for Recording, Certificate and Financial Control of the KEC political subject, dated 2108.2025, for participation in the Kosovo Republic's local elections that will be held on October 12th.
2 Against PZAP's decision, Sami Kurteshi and Alban Krasniqi, in the quality of Central Election Commission member (KQZ), have filed a complaint with the Supreme Court of Kosovo, with which they dispute the legality of the PZAP decision with the proposal: Decision Canceled
A.n.3/2025, of the date 23.08.2025, and adopt the CEC's decision, dated 21.08.2025, for failing to Certificate the Serbian List of Political Subject, as well as its candidates for Municipal Assembly, local elections in the Republic of Kosovo, dated October 12th 2025.
A complaint response has filed The PZAP, through which it rejects the complaints and proposes that the complaint filed by Sami Kurteshi and Alban Krasniqi, in the quality of the CEC member, be dismissed as illegal, or rejected as unfounded.
The Supreme Court of Kosovo, in the procedure of placing in the complaint filed by the complainers, as well as after reviewing the subject paperwork, and relying on Article 80 paragraphs 3, points 3.1 and 3.3 of the Law for Administrative Conflicts No.08/L-182, regarding Article 118 paragraph 4 of Law No.08/L28 for General Elections in the Republic of Kosovo, found that:
