Kosovo Judiciary Council (KGJK) condemns political interference with P ZAP, and stresses that any form of political pressure is unacceptable and dangerous.
PZAP is an independent institution and any attempt to influence it constitutes direct attack on the justice system and constitutional order in the country. Toleration of this political pressure risks undermining citizens' confidence in the election process and in the institutions of justice.
K JCK, requires all to stop these unacceptable practices immediately and address dissatisfaction legally.
The council reaffirms its full commitment to protect institutional independence and will react to any form of pressure that violates the right and legal functioning of the judicial system.
