The marking, publication and exposure of PZAP judges by VV deputies and politicians, prior to the decision on the Certificate of the Serbian List, is an unacceptable act of blackmail, threats and political pressure. The move constitutes flagrant intervention in institutional independence and direct crackdown on the integrity of judges and the justice system.
Moreover, since PZAP is the electoral panel for complaints and parliaments made up of judges, any pressure on it directly violates the credibility and integrity of the election process.
