The State Prosecutor has ordered the detention measure against him, while demand for security measures has already been exercised.
This has been confirmed by Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor for Clancosova.tv, with whom they have suggested that Zaqiri and the other two have been called for detention for a month.
The request has already been submitted to the court and hearings are expected to be held soon, where the pre-procedure judge will decide on them.
The three detainees are suspected of criminal acts “Constructuring hashish plant, cocaine or cannabis plant” and “Keeping ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, reports Kankosova. tv
