Regional Directorate for Border and Migration Hall (DRKM) Vlora received notice that a citizen was sailing in canoes, about a mile off the coast, and had lost control by seeking help.
Two other vacationers tried to help by swimming into the sea, but the great distance from the coast threatened them too.
Shortly after receiving the announcement, a vessel of the Border Police set out toward the scene, transporting three safe vacationers to shore./Periscopi/
