Albania's Defence Minister, Pirro Ving, has announced that over 500 Albanian soldiers are engaged in NATO, EU and UN missions in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
He has shared images of Albanian soldiers during troop training in Bulgaria's Novo Selo, saying there are already “on the first line of co-operation with NATO allies”.
“Good morning with our troops in Novo Selo, Bulgaria! Military of the First North Infantry Regiment Battalion, part of the 6th contingent, are today on the front line of co-operation with NATO allies. More than 500 Albanian soldiers are engaged in NATO, EU and UN missions in Europe, Africa and the Middle East”, Veng wrote on Facebook.
