Prizren, August 12th 2025 The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren reports the public opinion that he has sought from the Constitutional Court in Prizren, the appointment of the 30-day detention measure to defendants E.B., due to the suspicion given that the same was committed by the same criminal acts “the grave murder” by Article 173 par.1 subpar. 1.4, and “keep ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” from Article 366 par.1 under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).

According to the prosecution request, by 10.08.2025 around 20:30m in the neighborhood “Tuz” on “road Lapidari” in Prizren, defendant E.B., after a preliminary dispute, sly and exploiting the victim's trust, deliberately deprive the dead most of life now, in a way that initially incites their dogs to a clash and after a brief argument, the defendant suddenly and suddenly pulls out the knife-patente and hits H.S., with the same scratch sent to the QKU, where he changes his life from his wounds. By these actions, the E.B. has committed criminal work “heavy murder” according to the KPRK.

Likewise, the same is charged with criminal work “retaining unauthorized possession of weapons” according to KPRK.
