According to him, under the concept “peace agreement”, Putin means some dangerous “things” for Ukraine.
“In Putin's vision, this means that Ukraine will not enter NATO, absurd requirements for densification and deilitarisation will be accepted, as well as the status of Russian and Russian Orthodox Church”, Merezhko added.
