In a post on Social Truth, Trump said Bruce, who has worked in the US State Department since taking office in January, has done a fantastic “excellent work” in this role.
Before joining the government, Bruce was a conservative contributor to Fox News for more than 20 years and wrote some books that are critical of liberals, including “Fear Itsself: Exposing the Leftés Mind-Killing Agentda”.
It is not clear when she will assume the role and if her nomination is confirmed by the Senate, reports BBC, broadcast Periscope.

“Since the beginning of my second mandate, Tami has served in contrast as State Department spokeswoman, where he did a fantastic job”, he continued, adding that she will represent the US “in an excellent way”.
As spokespersons, Bruce has defended some controversial US foreign policy decisions ranging from Trump's crackdown on immigration to sending private military contractors to distribute aid to Gaza.
Trump's nominated for ambassador to the UN, Mike Waltz, has not yet been confirmed by the Senate.
The current UN ambassador to office is Dorothy Shea, a career diplomat who was deputy ambassador there in 2024. /Periscope
