In a Facebook post, Bislimi stresses that the summit is not just a meeting between two leaders, but a signal for the reshaping of international order. He adds that Russia targets a multipolar world, where the US does not have the final word, while Trump shows a more personal and transaction approach to allies.
Bislimi warns that an insulating approach of the US could leave smaller countries like Kosovo exposed to Russian-Serbian influences. It stresses the importance of strengthening institutional ties with America, not just emotional ones, through concrete commitments and internal reforms.
