Rukiqi said three people have been declared on the run as suspected of serious murder, Mefail Shkodra, along with his two sons, Edonnis and Engjull Shkodra.
The fourth person has been arrested on site because all actions are being investigated if the same one may have links to this case”.
“Three persons have been declared in police search, and requirements for international co-operation have been made and border points” have been announced, he said.
