According to the announcement by the public company Trepca on Facebook, on August 6th a public review was held by the Disciplinary Commission, where it was found that the worker in question committed a serious violation of tasks, “in accordance with the rule of disciplinary and Maternity responsibility of the workers of Trepca S.A.”.
The commission's decision stresses that the article banning “access to the workplace during work hours” has been violated.
Based on this violation, the disciplinary Commission recommended a 30-percent wage reduction for six months, while on August 7th, the executive chief has adopted the final decision envisioning a temporary five-month wage cut.
