The public company “Shrapcha” has punished a worker with a temporary salary cut after he was caught sleeping during working hours.
According to an official report published on August 6th on Facebook, the company's Disciplinary Commission has held a public review regarding the A.A. worker's case, where it has been found that he has carried out a <x0 heavy workwork shift”, in line with the rule of disciplinary and Maternity responsibility of the workers of Trepca S.A.
The Commission's decision is said to have violated the article banning sleep in the workplace during official hours.
Initially, the Commission had proposed the disciplinary measure of a 30 - percent pay reduction over a period of six months. But on August 7th, Trepca's chief executive has approved the final measure: pay cuts by 30 percent for five months.
