Referring to the Arigau Cantonal Police, the Mercedes-type vehicle has left the street in a limited area of 30 km/h, first crashing with a tree in a garden and then with the wall of a house. The event took place about 5: 00 a.m.
At the moment of the emergency teams' arrival, the two 16-year-old Albanian youth from Kosovo who ran the vehicle, and a 19-year-old Swiss in the first seat were already without signs of life. Another 19-year-old youth, resident of Cyril, in the back seat, has been rushed to the hospital and is in critical condition.
Police spokesman Bernhard Graser has confirmed that the car belonged to the 16-year-old driver's brother, and that it is still unknown how he had secured access to the vehicle. The vehicle was completely burned after the crash, while investigations into the precise causes of the accident are continuing.
Initial data suggests the vehicle has been moving rapidly beyond the allowed norms for the area. Police are working to rebuild the chronology of the event and determine the eventual responsibilities.
