On Monday, the Constitutional Court's act on the issue of the constitutional hearing and the election of the chief parliament was published. The Constitution has given the reasons that Kosovo Assembly deputies should elect the new head of the legislature through open voting and within 30 days, the deadline starting to flow from Tuesday.
Under the bias, the shift in the secret vote for which the Vetevendosje Movement insisted has not been backed by other subjects, therefore the chairman has been ordered to proceed with the agenda's 3rd session with the prosecution of the presidential vote.
The Constitution in the Act makes no mention of possible legal consequences unless MPs establish the Parliament within the set term.
