Tahiri: Judge Radomirlaban's decisions favoured Vetevendosje in illegal appointments

Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy, Abelard Tahiri, has recalled a case when Judge Radomir Labani, as a rapporteur at the Constitutional Court, had decided on a parliamentary session where leaders of several independent institutions were elected.

According to Tahiri, it's about the session in which they were selected:

1. Central Bank Governor;
2. Members of the Board of Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE);
3. The chairman and a member of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency Board (AKP);
4. Headman and members of the Pension Savings Fund Steering Board.

“As the rapporteur's judge, Ljubljana dropped the PDK's GP request, thus legitimising the session in which Vetevendosje chose the leaders of these institutions,” has stressed Tahiri.

He added that when “Vetevendosje wants to legally accommodate its members on boards and key positions, Radomir Ljubljana's decisions respect and praise”./Periscopi/
