Syrian President to Give speech to UN General Assembly

Shara “will participate in the United Nations General Assembly in New York, where he will give a speech” the Syrian official said, speaking on condition of anonymity, because he was not authorized to speak to reporters, the paper writes. “The Times of Israel”.
