Shara “will participate in the United Nations General Assembly in New York, where he will give a speech” the Syrian official said, speaking on condition of anonymity, because he was not authorized to speak to reporters, the paper writes. “The Times of Israel”.
Furthermore, the official added that Shara will be the first Syrian president to address the General Assembly since the distant year of 1967.
The rebels led by the Sharia group ousted him from power last December former President Bashar al-Assad.
