In a post in his account in the FB, Svecla expressed condolences to the victims' families and added that the suspect last year has been arrested for fraud.
“ ...while neglect and tolerance on the part of the justice system are bringing us to the point where we are today”, he added.
His full response:
Deeply shocked by the serious event today in the Gjilan municipality, where three citizens were killed by three suspects who have already been declared on the run. Express my heartfelt condolences to families.
In this serious event, I cannot help but be extremely indignant at the treatment that justice institutions, such as the Judiciary Prosecutor, are making such cases free of charge. According to information, the main suspect in today's murder has been arrested last year by the Kosovo Police for faults, while negligence and tolerance on the part of the justice system are bringing us to the point where we are today.
It is the last time these institutions will reflect on no tolerance for any criminal or criminal activity. Citizens should have a guaranteed security state, not a feeling of fear.
