A person suspected of attacking KFOR and Kosovo Police in Zvecan on May 29th 2023 has been arrested today.
According to the announcement, Lj.M reportedly has entered Kosovo territory from Serbia.
The special prosecutor and the special prosecutor have been informed of the case, considering the burden of deeds committed and the potential risk of escape as the suspect works and stands in Serbia, as well as the possibility of manipulation or disappearance of evidence, Kosovo Police have taken action to stop him, as well as to ensure his presence in the criminal procedure that is conducted against him, over allegations of committing criminal acts against constitutional order and security”, the report said.
Suspect Lj. M, has been banned by Kosovo Police in the Zvecan municipality and with the goal of providing evidence and evidence, control has been carried out at his home.
During the search on the suspect's house, in the quality of material evidence has been seized: a phone, different military uniforms, two USBs, and a national inscription allegedly wearing the critical day.
The suspect has been interviewed in the presence of the lawyer and translators, and by the prosecutor's decision has been sent to the detention for 48 hours.
