(10 months ago)The College of the Supreme Court of Kosovo has rejected the administrative complaint filed by Korab Mushkolaj, the candidate proposed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) for chairman of the Decani municipality. Mushkolaj had filed complaints to the Electoral Panel's decision on Anxiety and Parashtesa (PZAP), numbered A.n.4/2025, which had confirmed the decision of the Central Election Commission (KQZ) for refusing his certificate as a candidate for the October 12th 2025 local elections.
The Supreme Court, following the investigation of the case, has decided to give PZAP's ruling in force, arguing that Mushkolaj's complaint is unfounded.
That means Korab Mushkolaj will not be able to compete in local elections for the Decani municipality.
