Under the investigation into this case, The SPRK says it has undertaken and is taking all necessary investigative actions, including interviewing the defendants in this criminal case.
Arbnor Luta, the SPRK spokeswoman, said that the interview of indictees Zlatan Ellek (current head of the Serbian List) has already ended, Igor Sibiu and Slavko Siqim.
As for Goran Rakiqi's interview, Luta said that the same “was invited three times but did not appear, initially rationalising the lack of health problems, while for the other two invitations has not given any reasoning”.
“so, with the goal of securing G presence. R, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed a request to the Pristina Foundation Court for issuing the warrant to arrest him”, Luta told Klakosova.tv.
Investigations That Are Developing P The SRK has to deal with the barricades in 2022 for criminal acts “preventing the official person from performing official duties”, “calling for resistance” and “reunification for activities against constitutional”, while this prosecutor has requested arrest warrants against 11 other persons as well.
