Pristina, August 18th 2025 The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has handed the indictment to the Constitutional Court in Pristina against the S.C., for criminal work “Insulting divisions and incompatibility”.
Defendant S.C. It is charged that in the Council of Europe in 10.06.25, it has deliberately provoked hatred and failure among ethnic groups in the Republic of Kosovo, through its public actions at a religious party.
With these actions, according to the S.C. It has fostered hatred and reluctance among ethnic groups living in the Republic of Kosovo, contributing to the deterioration of order and public security in Kosovo.
