Pristina, August 25, 2025 After assessing all legal conditions, the Special Prosecutor has filed a request to the Constitutional Court in Pristina for the appointment of a 30-day detention measure against Lj.M. indictees, due to the suspicion of having committed criminal acts:
Together for unconstitutional activities,
Risking people under international protection,
Joining the mob that committed criminal acts and hooliganism,
Attack the official person.
At the Special Prosecutor's request, defendant Lj.M. It is suspected that in 29.05.23, ahead of the Zvecan municipality facility, in co-ordination with other suspects has attacked by stones, Molotov bombs and weapons members of KFOR, Kosovo Police and journalists who have reported the event.
During the investigation and raiding of the defendant's home, material evidence has been provided as a telephone, various military uniforms, two USBs, and a cat with nationalist motives, with which the defendant's incriminating actions are confirmed on the critical day.
The Special Prosecutor, guarantees the country's citizens, that it remains committed to full investigation and the pursuit of all perpetrators of these criminal acts.
