Former President Ilir Meta has been summoned to the Special Anti-corruption Prosecution on Monday, August 4th, 11:00 to communicate closure of the investigation.
Meta, who has been held in the detention cell since 21 October last year, will be accompanied by detention facilities at the SPAK venues, where along with his defence lawyer, Kujtim Caktan will sign the closure of the investigation.
The same procedure was followed for his former wife, Monica Kryeki, as well as for two associates of the Emma Chok and Piro Gijo couple.
The latter, SPAK communicated the charge to “passive corruption”, while Emma Cook “money laundering”. /Periscope/
