The Vetevendosje Movement's response to the Constitutional Court's decision has sparked strong reactions and harsh comments on social networks, writes Periscopi.
In an official post, the VV described the Constitutional Act as “dangerous background from constitutional role”, accusing the Court of arbitrarily inventing rules to influence political processes.
The Constitutional Court has chosen not to keep constitutional order, but to devise arbitrary rules that we do not find anywhere in the Constitution or the Assembly Rule,” is said among other things in the ruling party's statement.
That reaction, however, has faced a wave of comments by citizens on Facebook who have sharply criticised Vetevendosje and its stance on independent state institutions.
In Kosovo, the Court and the States have ruled that otherwise in a legal states you would not be allowed to race at all or register as political subject. A party that does not recognise the State of course does not recognise any decision by any State Court, but there are lots of fools to vote on...” has written a commentator.
Others have gone further into criticism.
There is no excuse to respect the constitution of the Republic of Cosves that you have violated “SU PERRIMINELA” breaks by the mouth of the albino the one who violates the constitution is super criminal that you are not a party party who believe in Albin”, writes another.
There were even more serious comments and direct political accusations:
You're super Vucciki criminals, jaran! You've got a people on your back. ” says in another harsh response.
We remember that the Constitutional Court today has declared some of the recent Kosovo Assembly hearings invalid and has called for the fulfillment of constitutional procedures for the election of the Speaker of the Assembly.
