In his address, Ferid Berisha, known as the Skopje Commander, said the uniform being held today was created after a long job, which is the official uniform of KLA veterans.
This uniform we wear today is not just a military garment, no, it is the living Flag of our blood and national sacrifice”, Berisha said.
