Four people are in handcuffs, allegedly having had sex with a 15-year-old.
A 17-year-old, the police remain at large, as well as involved in this criminal offence. Youths arrested are aged 20, 22, 23 and 28, reports TopChannel, broadcast Periscope.
The Kurka Police Commissioner's services put citizens M. S., 20, E. St., 22, St. P., 28, and S. C., 23, and declared a 17-year-old man on the run after allegedly having had sex with a 15-year-old. It works for the capture of 17-year-old”, police report.
