As the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs reports, they allegedly kidnapped a Serb national civilian who, according to them, has since disappeared.
“Interior Ministry participants, Criminal Police Directorate and War Crimes Investigation Service at the Border Cross at the entrance of Serbia arrested H. E. (1976) and B. E. (1973) Because of the existence of the bases of suspicion that they committed a war crimes criminal offence against the civilian population”.

The suspects were ordered to remain in custody for up to 48 hours, with the approval of the Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes.
They will then be brought to the competent prosecutor's office with a criminal outcry.
