The American Embassy, said in charge of the work of the United States of America in Kosovo, Anu Prattipati has made clear the US position of incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti on the matter.
In response, it is said that the embassy believes in Kosovo institutions and mechanisms in the country to ensure that the candidate certificate process is completed in a free manner by politicisation.
“E Loaded by Prattipati's work made clear the US's position on certification of elections after her meeting with Prime Minister at Kurti's responsibility yesterday: all Kosovo citizens should have the opportunity to choose their elected representatives. It is extremely important that Kosovo Serbs be involved in this process”.
“We continue to trust in the Kosovo institutions and mechanisms in the country to ensure that the candidate certificate process is completed in a free manner by politicisation. Comments by political leaders who further politicise this process are useless and undermine the integrity of the Kosovo election process”, the embassy's response to I did. tv, broadcast Periscope.
Germany's Embassy in Kosovo also for failing to discuss the Serbian List for local elections.
In their response, they express concern that political parties, according to them, are being excluded from the elections.
Among other things, this embassy adds that all parties meeting the necessary requirements and complying with Kosovo law should have the opportunity to participate in democratic elections.
“We are concerned that political parties are being excluded from the elections. As in February, where the CEC also rejected the Certificate of the Serbian List (SL), the SL is now appealing through the Annes and Election Parasites panel (ECAP). We welcome this step. All parties meeting the necessary requirements and complying with Kosovo law must have the opportunity to participate in democratic elections. We expect all parties interested to implement rules based procedure to ensure a transparent and comprehensive election process”, said the German Embassy's response.
The Serbian List has handed over to the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashta (PZAP) annexed the decision by the Central Election Commission for its non-comvise for the November local elections. /Periscope
