On communique Its OSCE stresses that the “right to participate in free and fair elections is a foundation of democratic governance and an essential element of inclusive political life. ”
“Disfellowshipping political actors undermine democratic pluralism, weaken trust in institutions and reduce opportunities for all communities to be fairly represented”, follows the O response SBE.
O The SEU emphasises the importance of full and sincere participation of all communities in the election process, stressing that this is <x0 key to sustainability, integrity and long-term democratic stability. ”
