MPs from the Kosovo Assembly are expected to vote today for the Serbian deputy chairman to close the Assembly's framework.
It will be carried out with the cast procedure, said Parliament Speaker Dimal Basha.
Due to the Serb List's refusal to replace Serbian candidate Slavko Sibiu for deputy chairmanship, the newly elected top parliamentman voted the other candidates through the lots, including the name of Nenad Rashi, the leader of the Serbian Party for Freedom, Justice and Survival, close to Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti.
