The Croatian pilot, and his Serbian girlfriend from North Mitrovica, were arrested by Croatian authorities for allegedly spying work, and a month-long detention measure was imposed on them.
Security expert Nuredin Ibishi, in Klan Kosovo, said the issue is extremely sensitive, until unfortunately, according to him, the countries are looking at their jobs, not co-operation.
“While national security has mostly been violated in Kosovo”, Ibishi said.
The development, Korab Blakaj, links it to the Serbian List, which operates in Kosovo.
The “all in my opinion argue or are additional arguments of what we have said before, that the Serbian List is not a political organisation which protects or advances the rights of Serbs in Kosovo, but rather is an organisation or instrument of the state of Serbia, and as it is testified at this recent event, it is also the centre of spying on behalf of the Serbian BIA”, Blakaj said.
As far as the case is concerned, Blakaj says he is extremely disturbing, but not impervious to Kosovo's organs.
On the other hand, Esad Colak, who lives and acts in Croatia, says the alleged Croatian pilot has long been under surveillance by the military there.
While security expert Bedri Elez says that AKI received information on television.
